The proposed project encompasses the manufacturing of ready-to-eat Turkish-style bread, involving preparation and packaging for distribution. In adherence to zoning regulations within the Comprehensive Development Zone, a planning permit was required for the establishment of a Food Manufacturing Industry.
Anticipated production quantities average around 300 kg per week and 16 tonnes per year. Operational activities, such as the delivery and dispatch of goods, have been carefully planned to minimize impact on regular business hours, utilizing 1-tonne vans or 2-tonne trucks.
The project is exclusively geared towards wholesale distribution, with no provision for in-person retail sales. It targets selected grocery stores, fulfilling substantial orders through direct delivery. Customer interaction is confined to off-site delivery, omitting on-site collection.
Our team has diligently prepared a comprehensive submission report that encompasses all pertinent clauses, highlighting how the proposal aligns with state and local planning policies.
