The proposed development involves constructing two units in the space currently occupied by an oversized single car park in the backyard of the site, while the existing single-story dwelling at the front remains unchanged. Each unit, Unit 1 and Unit 2, features a kitchen, dining, and living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony with a first-floor sitting area, and a garage with tandem car space, totaling 37 square meters. The plan includes two new crossovers for access, with a 6-meter wide crossover serving the existing house and proposed Unit 1, and a 3-meter wide crossover for proposed Unit 2. The design prioritizes a contemporary interpretation of the neighborhood's characteristics, ensuring a harmonious integration into the existing area along Vincent Street.
